Its been many years so details may not be perfect but it was an rpg maker game with the renders from looks to be 3d custom girl, I imagine this was probs like 10+ years ago and the game was still in development.
The story starts with you being of some standing in your kingdom but for whatever reason i dont remember you get on a boat to go somewhere but because of a storm or some shit it capsizes and you find yourself on some island where you find a ring or something that gives your semen super powers where its some kind of mind control, but it at first it makes them more amenable to you before slowly corrupting them to you almost. For most girls you get the choice of a forceful approach or a more seduction approach which gives you two different play styles with different content, I think you can also ignore some of the girls altogether. Each girl can be added to the party for combat, you start with getting some farmer girl, then a singer girl playing at some tavern/inn, a bunch more later as well.
