I had no problem with the any of the codes in this list, with v0.18 online and offline. If anyone else is having issues with these codes make sure you use them only on v 0.18 and do not include the "quotes" around the code.

Been poking around under the hood and it's extremely easy to change the assets this game uses, and add your own if you like.
If you don't like a particular picture or video you can find it in the media folder and just delete it, copy one of the others in that folder, and rename the copy to the same as the deleted one. Doing this lets you make it so every video is bbc or no videos are bbc, you can also replace them with others like hentai or furries if that's your jam. The limits are that you can't increase the number of options or what format you can use without touching the code, most of the videos are .mp4 with a few .webm files while the pictures are a pretty random mix of .jpg and .png.
So to put 70 videos into the "Media/Sex/Oral/Female/Male" folder, which would be a bunch of girls blowing guys, and replace all of the original videos, you would number the new videos 0-69, and add them to the folder, you would then go into the text editor and look for the section labelled "/*Oral */" and find the line that has:
"_domGender == "Female" && _subGender == "Male" (without "quotes")
(the game has dom and sub backwards for some reason, finding the one that has "_domGender == "Male" && _subGender == "Female" will affect the wrong set)
The line below that will read:
"<<set _pick = GetSexPick("Oral", _domGender, _subGender, 12)>>" (again, without quotes)
You would replace the 12 with a 69 and save the file, you would then open the public.html file in your browser of choice and the game would choose any of the new videos you added whenever your character get's a blowjob from a woman, or gives one if your character is female. You will get an error if you refresh the page to re-load the game with your new changes, you have to close the tab the game is in and open the game from the public.html every time you make a change.

I wanted to try and make a (probably bad and pointless) tutorial here since a lot of people were annoyed at the game ignoring a character's race for videos despite giving the player options for what race characters could be. I wouldn't be surprised if there was at least one person here who didn't know that you can just replace those photo's/videos you don't like, without learning how to code, or figuring out how to convert the new assets to a format the game recognizes, or having the game pitch a fit for you daring to touch 0.jpg.
Because the code you grabbed was for the wrong version, use one of the codes Miniscule posted. Make sure to not include the "quotes" around the code.

I've been checking this game every so often. The last time it was on v0.06. Currently it's on v0.18 here publically, with v0.20 on Patreon. So there has been a fair bit of work done. Without cheats the game has always felt too much of a grind to actually get into the mechanics. That still seems to be the case. The player starts with pretty much everything at 0 while every NPC has considerably higher stats, making domination playthroughs considerably time consuming. I hope either the player starts with more mid level skills , a character background choice could be added so we could choose some skills the PC is better at, or an easier way to level up.
The AI art looks good. I do wish the NPC images matched the characters' ages more. The same image can now be used for an 18 year old and a 50 year old. Given that multiple versions of the same image can be used in one game the option for more specific images might be nice.
It would also be nice to somehow tag NPCs you're (un)interested in. In the present version you can have NPCs with the same first name and other with the same portrait going about. Being able to give them an extra distinguishing mark would be helpful.
The clothing shop menu is quite confusing. All clothing pieces appear in a random order. Men's and women's clothing is all jumbled together and the number of the item doesn't impact it's placement either. it also seems that buying an item can change the line up, so you could want to buy 2 specific items, buy one and then find the other is no longer on sale (this may be a timeslot thing, I only noticed it once).having a men's and women's section would help. As well as more descriptive...descriptions of the clothing, rather then just numbers.
I like the addition of (more) fixed NPCs. The housemates are an interesting addition. They are currently locked behind a quest system that is very much still in early stages. I hope the quests get expanded on soon. I'm looking forward to seducing the male roommate (though getting him to give a kiss right away seems a bit fast. Then again, we did gift him something worth 3000 dollars). I am stuck on the ticket quest for the female flatmate ( the best friend's sister). It said to look fortickets from a sketchy guy on skid row, but no option presents itself as yet.
I personally play with a male gay PC and set the sliders to max males and all gay. I would like the random events to match those settings. So far they have all been naked women and hetero sex acts. Given there are still women in the game I don't expect those to disappear, but it would be nice to see some others.

You can uncheck contents you're not interested in PC creation, but yes some will still happening unless you avoid those..
To get the tickets there're many options once you manage to find him in Skid Row..
Fight/Pay for those/Blowjob (will require feminity or he won't be interested)
Game is constantly improved, he did many changes from 0.06, that slowed a lot the quests developing..
All random events that spawn are female nudity or Het sex even with all the options other then M/M unchecked (they were so before as well). So I still hope that some M/M option wind up in there.
I've bought the most recent version on Patreon and used the cheat that gave access too. It's slightly cumbersome to have to go back in to enter it every time you want to change something.
I've also found that even with all the stats (friendship, love etc) that would seem to be involved with allowing you to flirt maxed out I've only had one instance where the option for flirting was not 0%.Not sure if that is just an M/M thing or not.
I hope the game will also include some methods of masculinisation for those of us not interested in the feminisation story.
With unlimmitted funds I did check out the clothing store and it does reset very time you buy something. I've also found a spelling error: all the men's sporting and business trousers are called rousers. (I can't message the creator directly on Patreon, so I post the bug here and hope they see it). Another error was when I managed to get a male NPC to take off all his clothes and finished the conversation the NPC then ran to HER room to put on his clothes...

I hope there is some good story eventually, and some good porn clips, because there is an awful lot of grind, and the online version has been a buggy mess. Working at the porn studio somehow got broken in the last few versions. I haven't tried 0.19 but in the previous version, I couldn't work at the porn studio because it was all errors instead of showing who to choose for the porn shoot. There was a seemingly major NPC at one of the clubs or bars where the MC has a big exposition dump, but every bit of dialogue from the NPC was an error, and I could only sort of read his dialogue by expanding the error messages. Supposedly, there is a story, and sex with NPCs, but I've played so many hours, and all I seem to do is grind for stats and money. I don't want to resort to cheat codes or console commands to give my character virtually unlimited money and godlike stats just to get to the story.

Is it literally an NPC or a secondary character? Regardless, you can reduce its attributes through the save editor or on your phone.
The Patreon version went from 17 to 19. a previous code and the one from 17 are mentioned in this thread, but the version listed on this site is 18 and I have not seen a Patreon post about a code for that one, so I assume there actually isn't one for that version (but I could be mistaken).
I won't share the code for the v20 version. The Patreon does allow you to buy specific versions without having to become a regular subscriber. You might want to look into that.

It would make sense to move AllClothes.clothingItems outside of state.variables to help speed up passage transition.
Similarly, characters clothes could be an index into AllClothes.clothingItems instead of a clone of its data.
Min and Max values could be moved to their own object, rather than being repeated for every character
