There might be DLC in the future but for what is available right now, it is the full experience.

I played a bit and decrypted the pictures from rpgmvp to png, but haven't found any scenes or sex CG. Plus this puzzles are just mind blowing, I doubt the game is really COMPLETED

Head back into the bimbo area. Go through the first door then head to the right. There will be an enemy blocking the chimney. Once you clean the dust there, you will go through a secret passage to that little room behind the casino.
