Unreal Engine Viewing character models (Breeders of the Nephelym)

Hello. Does anyone know if it is possible to view various character models from Breeders of the Nephelym on different programs, such as Blender, SketchUp, etc? I know it's possible to alter traits of created Nephelym on Notepad++, but that's about it so far.

Any kind of help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'll link a character model example.
