Viewing games browser

i cannot find where to view the games browser. i remember it looked like a grid view of games that u can filter when i clicked "other games" in some thread but cant access or find a way to access it?
where can i find it?

click the three lines / hamburger menu button at the top, look down. if the list is cut off, try hitting the vertical red bar to scroll.
