I just tried it now using the latest version of winlator, presets are as Lightsout700 said, I ran container then ran game, I noticed that it doesn't work when I open task manager, as he said I double clicked exe and waited then to my surprise it came up and loaded!
Try again with latest version of winlator let's see if it works.

You can get this game to work on android. Just copy the resources/app folder to android. Use HTTP Server App to host the game folder. Open the IP address from the app to run the game. However things like touch dont work properly and require changes to the game code. Cocos2d is cunt fucker of an engine and I'm not able to get it to work.
