I feel before anything else, I must point out that the intro is by far the worst part of the game. The MC comes off as incel-ly, self-absorbed, envious loser. The whole setup with the "clearly-too-hot-for-the-MC" wife jumping on big black cock at first opportunity carries the same cringy vibes.
Honestly, I was pretty close to just closing the game during the intro, but decided to give the game a chance.
After the intro you get a pretty jarring jump from your supervillain origin directly into fully setup secret base with no idea without really being told what to do.
All in all, not a good start. Thankfully that's where the game starts to pick up. While I feel the money/ingredient system is entirely superfluous, it doesn't bother me - the "sandbox" is thankfully light: you have map with characters, click one and you see plot synopsis and possible requirements. If you meet the requirements, you get to progress the character's story.
The stories are really where the meat of the game is. The characters are varied and mostly interesting. Most of them have interesting stories, while a few (like the reporter girl) are pretty shallow, focusing more on the MC's revenge.
Despite the bad early impression, the MC actually ends up being pretty likeable and the scenes and plots are entertaining. Essentially you meet new supers (mostly heroines), come up with new devices to counter their powers and use your devices to beat and/or humiliate them to progress your goals. Some of these encounters end up into sex scenes, although they are still relatively few and far between.
The setting itself is pretty much a sexed up parody of 80s/90s superhero world, but with the twist that the heroes have been corrupted by their status and fame, being elevated above the law. They still preach and act the typical do-gooder role in public, but in private they are anything from deviants to murderers. The MC hates the status quo and wants to bring forth new, more equal world order of his own design and punish supers who have abused their powers and status.
All in all if you can suffer through the terrible intro the game is (mostly) surprisingly well-written and entertaining, while also having fantastic and actually unique art. No unmodified stock models you've seen in dozens of other games here from what I've seen.
