Kinda late but hey. As with most Life Sims just play them as you want.

In this game you can play that way, even have your mother for immersion since she wants you to prove that you are a virgin from time to time and still have ways to do porn and so on without vaginal. If it happens anyway or you trigger stuff where you loose your virginity just use the ingame cheat tool to get it back. Lots of options for Roleplay though. Succubus? Bimbo? Prostitute? Slut? Flat/xxxxl? Not sure about the succ but the rest works with just anal. The System for your butt is getting an overhaul right now (more sizes), how "trained" or "easy usable" your Hole is already there for a while. So might want to wait a bit longer. Next update should be around soonish since its roughly every 3 months.
