Overall it has good bones, I do like this style of story. Dialogue and progression is good, I'm looking forward to where it goes in the future.
However, I do have my gripes:
The progression can be really esoteric sometimes. If it's not a new option, events are often not marked and you either stumble upon them or consult the built-in guide to the next event. It's fine because there's an in-built guide, but still.
The Angry Ryan path is really grindy. I understand that there's a desire to stretch it out and get a feeling of progression, but that progression should come from content, not having to click through everything 50 times. I recommend editing the values through a Twine editor.
Also, small note, in the Angry Ryan section, I got confused when I asked Hannah to distract Ryan and he was still in the basement. The distraction is only for cutting the bars.
