If you are looking for a Virus checker, I came across an addon that works for Chrome and Firefox, incase you are sus about the content you are downloading.
Its a well known Virus checker. Not sure if theres an Andriod version of it but this is what i found.
Note: that it does not cleanse the uploaded File.
