Seeking Visit to a mature landlady

Good afternoon everyone !

I'm looking for a PC windows game I played this year.

• It’s an adult visual novel in 3D.
• The setting is a white house in the countryside.
• The main female character is a landlady, not necessarily related to the protagonist.
• She is older, mature — about grandmother’s age.
• She has a husband who is cheating on her.
• The player can build a swimming pool (and possibly other upgrades) to unlock new events.
• The game was free to play (at least in the version I tried).
• The protagonist is a young man visiting/staying at the house.
• The story focuses on the relationship with the landlady and the consequences of her situation.
• A madam introduces us into prostitution; she drives a red car.
