Visual novel on erogame website

Hi. I saw ads about visual novel games called "Railway sex" and "lost island" on Erogame website
I really like H visual novel but the price seems really steep per chapter. Too expensive compared to the top Hentai VN on steam.
Has anyone try visual novel game on these website out?? Is it any good?

There's a (cracking) request for Railway Sex, they look pretty that's all I know.

Cracking seems pretty hard. You can't own the game because it is embedded in the website. The art is indeed pretty.
