Hi there,
I want to create adult game, for the starter I'm gonna start with adult visual novel.
For this I have learned Renp'y as I'm used to code..
But the main problem is character & background design.. As I don't wanna use Daz3d cause low on budget, so I started learning Blender...
Can you guy's let me know weather blender will help me to get my desired output from it.
And how I can make my character & background more easily.

Well... no.
With Blender you can do majestic stuff but... you need A LOT of skills. You should learn modeling and rendering, plus you should buy a lot of models (making a human character from zero requires time, effort, and SKILLS) and materials. Then set up the scene, put materials, lights, and so on.
You need 2-3 years to do something worth of with Blender. Just use Daz and "borrow" some stuff. When you get some money you can buy assets for it. DAZ is the cheapest alternative out there. Blender, unless you want to learn for real about modeling or animation is a very expensive alternative, at least if you value your time.

I would firstly recommend you learn the ropes and get a feel for it using Blender first. Get some experience on modeling. Making a VN yourself is tedious work, and takes a lot of skill and time. When you feel more acquainted and adaptable, you should use DAZ as the next program of choice.

I wanted to keep it simple, but I guess everyone else is going to tell you that blender takes time and skill...
Here's an old unfinished post I made about daz vs blender.
Basically, Daz is a power tool, while blender is a box of hand tools. in both cases, you can only get what you want after you learn how to use each. So for both, it takes time to learn, which is no fun when learning delays your real project. Hence why I suggested playing around with models. My daz workflow is mainly about experimentation, after which I then port everything to blender for final clean up and usage, and either back into daz, or into unity.
