Hey, I'm new to this world, I mean to this type of games, i Always used to Watch porn but now I'm addicted to these visual novels, really addicted, I mean , porn sites used to take me max 1 hour of my time (yes I'm a bit slow) but i can play these games for hours and hours (and its sooo intense at the end) I was wondering why porn agencies doesnt start to make a sort of "real visual novels" I mean wouldnt that be extremely exciting? A real story with real girls where you choose your Path, with every variant of a game like choosing the locations to go, doing missions things like that you know (my english Is very bad I'm Sorry) , I know they tried with a site named something like Life selec... But its not even close , what do you think? Maybe One of these fantastic game developers on the forum could try to get in touch with an agency and work with them to start games like that? I think that would be a Gold mine , the skills of these programmers + the contacts and the moneys of a porn agency could create something never seen before , and yes I'd pay for a game like that

In short, it's way more expensive and time consuming to shoot a real porn game than shooting regular porn videos/movies, not to mention more complicated. That cost is also upfront for income that's not guaranteed.
If you run a production company, it makes no sense to do a game when you could do multiple regular shoots for the same effort/money.

Of the real porn games that already exists (using porn from the internet), many are already pretty much what you're asking (like mine) and they don't make much compared to what it would cost to produce the porn. Even with the advertising possibilities for a big porn producer, I doubt the economics will be attractive enough to make it happen. So you'll be stuck with games like life selector from them.

but now everybody is a bit done with a billion non-plot fuck scenes online every day, the sea is massive and we've all seen everything a thousand times over. so like us here, people look towards living through their fantasies, and that requires an actual plot and character or its just another random chick online fucking while the title claims its "mom fucking her son" or whatever.
and because its so much cheaper now, the bigger pornhouses are gonna catch onto it soon. they have to, they can't compete against the assault of million random camgirls at home doing non-plot porn at minimal cost. but they can hire a screenwriter, rent locations, and do an actual plot bit where you first sell the character's backstory doing laundry and getting angry at son spying on her, and only then make her suck off her son because a snake bit him in the dick on their annual mom-son camping trip. still cheap, crude, but beyond what the million camgirls can do.

Making regular porn is pretty easy. Making a game takes a lot of time, skill and upfront investments, which may not pay off. I don't think many of the larger porn producers wants to run the risk of spending a lot of time and money, on something which may not even break even for them, when they can just shoot a regular porn video in a few hours and know that they will make a profit from it.
There's been some half hearted attempts to make games by the porn industry but it's mostly just traditional porn videos with some trivial choices thrown in between videos. LifeSelector is the best example of this that I can think of. To me that doesn't even qualify as a game. I suspect as games make up a larger and larger percentage of the overall entertainment industry, more companies will start to invest serious resources into it.
I'd wouldn't be at all surprised to eventually start seeing porn parody games where you get something like a XXX parody of Cyberpunk 2077 or something. They'd have to make it different enough not to get a copyright violation but that shouldn't be that hard. Game development isn't really what porn studios do currently though so I think it'll take awhile for one of them delve deep enough into it for it to matter. I don't see traditional game studios ever going there due to the stigma and the brand issues though.

Note that making money on real porn games is hard; Patreon won't let you raise cash on it, Steam won't allow you to sell, paypal will nuke you if you try to use it for payments. So what you're left with is selling it yourself from your own site, and using high risk processors to do payments... a lot of friction compared to doing the same game without real porn.
And that's before you get into the problems of hiring actors, writing, directing, shooting, editing, etc.
