So it's the classic plot of MC living with his aunt's house. She has 2 daughters, one hate you very much, the other is too naive. There are other girls as well. The difference is, there is a specific story with the one that hates you where you track down her stalker and then sleep with his mom. It's then used to blackmail him. At the end, thing get really crazy with the police coming after and you escape to an island with this family.
