Not sure if it was in Renpy, I couldn't find it under that tag. I only played a little and it was amazing, It had a very realistic interpretation of a BDSM relationship. Title was something like "My Girlfriend is into Femdom", "Femdom Story", or another slightly generic titles. All art was in 2D.
