Seeking VN where MC sees spirits/past?

It has been a while but for whatever reason it popped into my head. The MC could see spirits and talk to them when he was younger and after he go older his Grandfather(?) passed and left him a house where his powers come back. The scene that got in my head was about a girl losing her dog and it's spirit was following her leading them to what happened, he could see at first but she couldn't, it was dead?

Sorry, like I said been a while. Just wondering if anyone may know something.
