I remember playing a game more than 10 years ago and I can't find it. The following info are based on memory so there might be some confusion with other games that are mixed in the lot.
You are a male protagonist, you move in with two girls, the younger one kinda hates you for no reason. At one point you realize you can see ghosts and there is a minigame where you can destroy them to try and protect the house where you live. The game took place between a high school and the house. I think there are times when the girls are possessed by ghosts.
The game is quite old but shouldn't be too niche, as teenager me was able to get hold of it.
