Voice acting question

Normally when I read/play a title I immediately turn off the music and I turn the sound down to about 20%. I'll still here street, sex, whatever noises when they are available but most of the time the game is silent. Some titles will have a Voice Volume as well as music and general which I normally drop down to 20% but, until today, I've never heard any "voices". While playing Fresh Women I was quite surprised to hear actual voice acting, on the female side, as I went along.

So my question. Is voice acting common in AV titles and I'm just missing it or are they rare?

oh, I forgot, yes, it is rare because voice actors take a fairly decent amount of money, I kind of heard that. And by the way, Eternum seemed to want to add voice acting, but you yourself should know how much money this developer gets
