So I'm a somewhat small VA who has somewhat of an internet presence. I've been a huge fan of hentai projects for a while, and I've wanted to lend my voice to them for a really long time. My only question is-- how do you think I could go about that, and would it be worth trying to separate my aliases?
I know some of my VA friends who have landed roles in "bigger" positions usually (if they did this type of thing) had a completely different name they went by when they did projects like this. Even outside of considering "hentai", between works that I do that are purely "fan" and "official", I have two separate aliases. IJ just worry if it would even be worth the effort due to the somewhat middling possibility that someone could link my voice to my main persona.
Would it be worth making a new alias, and do you think I would be connected to my work alias? Is it worth it? Sorry if this is kinda disjointed, I just wanted a perspective from what seems like a forum dedicated to hentai games. Thanks guys!
