Ren'Py - Completed - Voronica Goes to Town [v1.0.1] [HeedlessHedon]

This one is. One of the best 3d horror games out there. İt has everything. I have played this game twice and it gave me goosebumps during each time. I definitely recommend it. İt is so twisted. I stopped jacking off after playing this. İf you wanna get rid of your porn game addiction, play this. I was even able find a decent job after playing this, it is a life saver.

If you're into extremes and enjoy these kinks, it's a great game. The humor suits the game's setting too in my opinion, but in the last update even "relationships" with certain characters were added and they genuinely bring this from a Vore+Expansion porn collection to an interesting game with a bit of a narrative (still admit it's weird, but that's why you should only play it if you enjoy the premise of the game). Looking forward to more updates in the future.

In the early game it can be a bit grindy for some people, but since you're not expected to have seen every repeatable yet and the further you get the faster you can earn money, the game just makes you not skip it's scenes unless you only work at the same place all the time. There is a good balance here in my opinion and I would like other games to find a similar balance to discourage cheating, which could make you skip a bunch of content.

Veronica Goes To Town (v1.01)


Veronica the vore bunny is back for a second adventure that takes her to and through the town. If you thought the house of tinies was crazy in her first game, prepare for pandemonium when the slutbunny enters the city.

STORY
Veronica Goes To Town takes place some time afte the first game 'Voronica Cleans House', during a court case after the house situation. Voronica has been sentenced to jail for murder, property destruction and a bunch of other things. The game recalls those earlier moments and then capitalizes on a loophole Sasha exposed in the first game, allowing Voronica to go on parole instead of going back to jail.

If by now you haven’t realised already, this game is peak absurdity. It deeply dives into the vore/giantess fetish and never holds back on morbid humor, one of developer Heedless' strengths. Voronica ends up being held hostage by her new parole officer Hart, a hermaphrodite deer who quickly learns Voronica isn’t just another pushover tenant. Slowly, they warm up to each other - but beware, Hart is ultra serious when it comes to paying rent.

The main difference with the previous game is the sandbox setting actually controls the story this time around. Veronica explores Hart's complex, meeting new characters and finding new stories to play a role in. Sometimes this means sexually, other times it means gobbling someone up. Eventually, Voronica outgrows her size and is granted permission to work outside the house and make some more money. The result is shenanigans at literally every workplace she can find a job in. It’s a fresh take on the Voronica story and absurdity takes over.

Whether it's a bar, a clothing store, a construction site or eventually some shady employers, the bunny will always find a way to get her way. Extra charm comes from the 'explore' mechanic, which random pairs you into certain situations, allowing you to meet new characters that could potentially end up changing Voronica's life.

The game's story concludes in seven endings, ranging from Voronica romantically getting involved to her eventually getting disciplined. By the end, the story does outstay it's welcome a bit, but it's a minor inconvenience for such a unique premise. We can only fantasize about what shenanigans the bunny can get into next.

PRESENTATION
VGTT expands upon the first game by using the same graphics and gore, but more final renders with characters in the scene. While the style is a little doll-like and not too realistic, it fits the game well because the story is so absurd. With that said, Veronica looks amazing and both horrifying at times as well. It's that blend of horny nightmare fuel that makes the game such a blast to play.

The new cast of tinies is amazing, in all kinds of shapes and races. Some are simply food, while others can become accomplices. Not to mention the largies, who are more varied than in the first game. From deers to felines and bears to reptiles, there are a bunch of different races in the outside world. With the addition of the city, you’ll have a lot of new scenes to discover and find characters in. There’s a club, a clothing shop and more - the developer really used the sandbox model to showcase the city that houses Voronica and bring her shenanigans to life.

Like the first game, the game features sexual scenes and has some gore if you look for it. You can choose to simply vore (digest someone) or make it messy. On top of that, there's insertion into both sexual holes as well at times. The vore isn’t limited to Voronica alone however, as other creatures can sparingly use the ability to enrich themselves just as much. It’s as humorous as it is horrifying at times. Veronica's best sex scenes come from engaging with her counterpart Hart, who is an unsung star of the game.

GAMEPLAY
For Veronica Goes To Town, developer Heedless made a sandbox with a range of places to visit. You start out in Hart's complex, exploring the kitchen and bathroom. Gradually, you make your way to freedom outside. The whole experience really feels like an expansive story, and works well to immerse you into Voronica’s often bizarre world.

The sandbox does come with a downside - grinding. Hart requires you to pay rent each week to stay in the house. Therefore, you are required to do jobs and make due, eventually finding better ways to make money. The system can be a bit complex, and those who are just interested in a story should definitely look for a walkthrough.

For those looking for an additional challenge, the game offers all kinds of extras - minigames for ‘voring’, respawn chances for tinies and custom growth selection. These can be disabled if you just want the bare minimum of gameplay, but playing the sandbox is mandatory. Personally I found the minigames to take away from the experience and didn’t need the additional challenge, which made the game far more chill and story-based. I did enjoy growing Voronica the way I wanted to, so I opted for that gameplay addition.

A main component of the game is hunger vs. heat. You need to feed on people in order to survive and grow. But eating people will give you police heat. Too much heat will get you noticed by law enforcement and subsequently, arrested. You have to keep enough of a low profile while feeding in order to grow expansively beyond your means. These actual game tactics will have you planning when or how you can devour someone and who it should ideally be. By the end, you'll be fighting the heat bar furiously while hopping from job to job in order to snatch your victims.

The fact you as a player get to pick who, where and when is eaten feels powerful. There are many stories to tell and experience and even more tinies to devour. This is a big step up in gameplay from the original Voronica and a true sandbox experience. That said, the sandbox does diminish the punching power of the overall story. The first game ended on such a high note, while VGTT lets you figure out a range of medium-stakes endings.


OVERALL
What could possibly be worse than Voronica in a house? The bunny back on the streets. This time, the furry slut is funnier, hornier and has characters to keep her in check, while getting to dominate others. The game is quite a story rollercoaster besides the subject of voring altogether, but combined it’s a unique package that ups the ante from the original game. And whatever you do, don't let Voronica's mother catch you.

The game is well animated and has great designs and scenarios if you're into the fetishes on offer. Overall I'd probably give it closer to a 3.5 at the moment than a 4, just because it is a bit repetitive and lacking in content.

Though the main issue for me really is just how easy it is to get a bad end that exits you back out to the title. In particular regarding the money you have to pay for weekly rent, if you come back to a newer version after not playing a while it's easy to forget that's a thing if decide to pick up where you left off, and if you don't have a backup save far enough back, you can easily softlock yourself into a bad end.

Again though, if you're into the fetishes on offer, it's a very well handled game beyond that. Will definitely have to keep an eye on it to see how future versions turn out however.

Great animations and as a vore dude i'm happy this exist, but making 200 for rent each week to avoid the game ending with no going back or alternative to pay means restarting over and over again cause it takes forever to make that dosh, this one gameplay mechanic is busting my balls not in a good way.

Good game with good renders and animations, funny story and world. Actually surprised to see such high quality game focused on such niche fetish. Only negative is that with current level of quality fast development is unlikely.

AMAZING GAME LOVE IT. I think this is one of the best games I've ever seen. The story is a bit wanky, and there is a lot of uh stuff. that's not everyone's cup of tea but I really love the art. Once again this game is not everyone cup of tea so play at your own discretion.

Okay, not my cup of tea, neither the vore nor the furry (hairy...) part. That being said I had a good laugh and the "crazy" written into the bunny's personality (and the rest of the game) fits like a glove, good humor allround, at least for my weird taste.

Thumbs up for Voronica's design, very unique and something one won't forget very quickly after seeing her messing around. Cute little bugger! Okay, not that little.. ^^

Horror, well, yes, kind of. On the other hand no one talks about horror in your typical ego-shooter game where you kill people all day long, often times way more graphic, so there's that but I get the argument. For an outsider like me the term "bizarre" may be more fitting, I surely had my "the fuck??" moments (followed by laughter).

At this point [v0.2.1] the game is very short and after a view rounds through the different rooms you have seen it all.

The game mechanics of stat juggling are easy enough and the sneaking up / fighting by spacebar are okay-ish. If the game was much bigger, I wouldn't mind an option to skip the mini games.

I can only give four stars because the lack of "usual" sexual content but what's there is sound in itself and well executed.

Don't really know what to do with this game but glad I had a look into it, bookmarked!

Really tried, but the game is too stupid.

-Short animations, they are good but heh. No F material. Even a written content which is at least longer is more F material.

-It isn't grindy, it's a stupid "maintain balance" between stats too hard to maintain while enjoying a H game. Hunger will kill you if you focus on paying your rent, to be at peace, in a VORE GAME. While still eating 2 tinies/day. How can something be so stupidly designed?

-Long dialogues bringing no character development except for MC doesn't help. Characterisation godammit. That was something a little present in the first game.

I could have talked about the insuffisant gameplay loop, but it's still early so it's forgivable. Anything else isn't. Hard pass even from a vore enjoyer.

interesting style, good animations, cool concept. but just wish there was more to it than vore. being a giant predator bunny is great, its unique. however, Vore only, it limits what i can enjoy. why not allow me to also play with my food not just in the sense of killing, but fucking them? dude on the toilet that downs, let the bunny lick his penis, eat his cum, let him fuck her. then kill him. or spare him, same with the other smalls. id love the more perverse side of it, as then it makes the whole eating and vore system even better, as it allows you to choose, and therefor you get fappable content, and cool gameplay mechanics.

however, the gameplay loop of feeding is just way too tedious, and thats all there really is to it. EAT, CLEAN, MAKE MONEY TO PAY RENT, SURVIVE LONGER, EAT, CLEAN PAY RENT, LEVEL STATS, EAT, CLEAN, PAY RENT, LEVEL STATS. its literally all there is to it. cool theres vore, but that just as its own standalone thing is boring, it doesnt try to do much to stand out from the HUNDREDS of other vore games out there. the eating mechanic and power play could be awesome, if paired with allowing the smalls to fuck you either normally with their small dicks, or choosing the evil way and using their bodies as a toy. then eating. i wouldve rated this a 5 star if there was as i had previously mentioned above in the game.

Gave it a shot, vore isn't my thing but it looked well made and i was curious. It's pretty good, well animated, the dialogue is funny, the gameplay loop is a bit repetitious and the minigame for stalking is lame but outside of that i enjoyed it, definitely a strange kink but pretty fascinating to explore it. Looking forward to future updates. Give it a shot.

The game is fun, entertaining and promising.
Definitely not for a wide audience.
But it caters to its niche well.

I personally wish the scenes were a bit longer and more dramatic.
Especially the hard vore. Nightmare fuel for one is a thrill for another.

The animations were way above what you usually see in other games.

For all the disturbing side of it ,being mostly vore stuff, the game did look fairly good.

The dark humor and dialogues in it were surprisingly entertaining as well.

The game up to the next point, would have been a 3 or 4 out of 5.

However, one of the main character is a futa. That not having been advertised, and said content locking you out of one of the main character's quest line/content if you disable it, that's another star taken off.

A shame, this game had the potential of being different and maybe even interesting, despite how fucked up the idea of it was.
