Unity Ren'Py Unreal Engine Want make my own game

Hello Dev. ,I like to know can anyone guide me to how to make a game with renpy or unity . I have a very low end pc so 3d game is not possible but i really want make my own game . I want ask the following things
1. How to make cartoon charcter and scene
2 . I already know some programming language but for my game which concept I should focus

FYI:
My system specifications are
Ram : 12 gb
Garphics card : nvidia GeForce 940m
Operation system: win 10
CPU processor: i5 5th gen with clock speed 2.20ghz ( with boost 2.80)
Harddisk: 1 tb

...i also learn daz 3d but due to low end system the rendering was taking to much time .

Depends on how deep you want to go into detail.
But if you are completely new, the best answer for basically everything is: Go to YT and/or Udemy and do courses courses courses courses until you are totally fed up with it and feel really confident with the Engine of your choice.
