Is there a way to play games with Unity engine on Android? I've tried Exagear and Winlator but both applications won't work on my smartphone

It doesn't exist and cannot ever exist due to technical reasons. Even for simpler and more straightforward ones (supported by Joiplay) the compatibility rate is about 80%.
You'd have better luck contacting the dev and ask if they have plans to create an android build, or simply get a pc.
