The stories are told as alternate universes almost, with three different pairings between the three girls.
Had an awkward moment where I thought I had run out of content once, but I only needed to restart the game once or twice to access the new stuff.
Said new stuff is all direct sequels to the prior pairings, so that kind of enforced play order is perfectly acceptable.
Plus the "bonus" route which was honestly just...
