You mean suck him off? Gay toggle needs to be turned on the rest I don't remember.
There is no way to help him finish faster, I believe.

I'm pretty sure I made a mini guide on getting started in the game and it goes up to like level 5 or so. Just search through my comments for that, it should help some.
