The scenes feel too short. As mentioned, lengthening the dialogues will naturally make the scenes longer and more immersive. Also, instead of switching scenes with a black screen, try using a fade transition for a smoother and more cinematic feel.

Add music and sound effects to make the experience more immersive. The right audio design alone can easily double the enjoyment factor of the game.

Including both male and female characters is a great decision. Many visual novels focus solely on female characters, assuming only they need depth, while the male ones end up flat or nonexistent. Even if the male characters don’t directly contribute to the adult scenes, they can still add richness and realism to the world. So, major points for taking that direction.
