    Abhorrent.

It's buggy, filled with broken content, filled with short and lazily thrown together maps, has a bunch of cringe dialogue, body proportions fluctuate between scenes, combat is very simple, combat cannot be quickened, characters are stale, and the story is boring.

I dragged my feet through the game for almost 2 hours before I couldn't stand it anymore. I feel like no one had even the motivation to say this game is truly terrible. Take what mistakes were learned from this game and just make a new one, that is my only advice.

This game is a hidden gem. The art is absolutely beautiful, the writing is great and the characters are all very wholesome, but sexy at the same time. There's loads of content and so many scenes and they're all super hot and very well drawn(including some optional gay/trap content if that tickles your fancy). If you love 2d art and thick monster girls this game is a must play, trust me, you won't regret it.

Personally, this is one of the best games on the site. I love the art and variety of content, the writing and world is quality stuff, and you can tell a lot of care is being put into every part of the game. This is all coming from someone who usually is not a fan of RPGM games.

I honestly thought this game was going to be garbage, but I actually ended up really liking it.
I know the screenshots make the art look kinda bad, but its actually really good. Like the CGs in particular are very well done. Some of the character portraits can look a little rough, but I think those must just be older and the artist has gotten better over time because they look better and better as you progress through the game. Trust me art is not really an issue here.
Dialogue and story wise its passable. Nothing monumental, but it doesn't have to be. It just needs to convincingly sting together some sex scenes and it does that pretty well. Characters have just enough personality to make you want to fuck them.
The Gameplay is your typical RPGM stuff (e.g. top down, turn based, fetch quests), but with almost every aspect of grind completely removed. Its wonderful. Just go here, do this, kill that, get porn. No bullshit.
Overall, I just really fuck with this game. Its so delightfully unambitious. It knows what what you're here for and doesn't try and stuff anything extra down your throat. It never tries to be anything its not, which is so rare for an RPGM game. Every quest is short and rewards you with porn. Just how it should be. Cannot recommend enough. Play this game.

interesting artstyle. gameplay is unfortunately a completely standard RPGM game with no alterations. This means most of your time is spend on walking simulator in a pixelated map. with some grindy combat to spice it up. And lacking quality of life features such as "fast forward text" and "make text instantly appear".

Too many things are easily missed. There is an excellent guide included, but you actually need to follow it which saps the fun out of the game. You should have encountered your companions automatically as part of PLOT instead of following a guide to find them. And I honestly can not be bothered to kill 10 slimes for 10 gold. There are cheats but even with the cheats I feel like my time is being wasted.

overall I am just not finding myself sufficiently interested to keep up with this game.

    Updated review for v0.35

Wayfared is both very simple and rather easygoing, which surprisingly works very well for the game. The writing is nothing amazing, the plot a bit basic, and the combat is something you can breeze through. Yet I find myself drawn to the game.

This game has charm, which makes up for a lot of what would otherwise be issues. The world of Wayfared is strange and full of colorful people in all shapes, sizes, and races. It's fun. I always like that feeling of never knowing what you'll run into next, and Wayfared does great with that.

The art might look rough at first glance, but it really does grow on you quick. It's a nice touch that a lot of random characters have full busts. It gives some life to the game. Though the dialogue is rather short in nature, it is also sweet. Personality is conveyed in even a lot of the minor characters you run into with just a few sentences or less.

The game just is fun at the end of the day. I've come back to it multiple times as it's been updated. It feels like a real hidden gem.

I'll be honest to say but when I first saw this game I didn't have too high expection at all, I thought it was a mediocre game at best with some bad arts and buggy mess...But I was wrong, this game is very good
    _Art: 10/10
Don't be fooled by the banner or samples in the OP thread, the CG art for each and every H scenes was phenomenal and very good with lot of variations and care from the developer
    _Story: 10/10
The story are simple yet fun: You are a boy that want to travel around the world and experience the life of an adventurer but at the same time need to find someone that are dearly to him, and from there he and his new friends will encounter many situation and moment that will forever be remember by him. Easy to follow and easy to enjoy
    _Gameplay: 10/10
Gameplay wasn't a grinding fest and the difficulty was acceptable, you would still need to level up MC and his party by killing monsters but it was always ties to a quest too so it won't be annoying. The boss in game wasn't at the level of 1 hit you're dead or too tough that would take a whole 10 minutes just to kill him and the fetch quest was very easy to follow and complete
    _Characters: 10/10
You love every single character design and personality in this game, and the diversity with lot of races beside human like Orc, lizard people, demon, vampire,... and MC will not just having sex or romance relationship with women but with men too (optional)
_Conclusion: This is a 10/10 game that worth to try, anyone that took interest in it and read the reviews please giving this one a chance download and play through the game and you will understand why I'm recommend Wayfared

Im Really liking what this game is chaping up to be, art is pretty nice and is what got me into it, gameplay is not is main focus but to see characters and see how most of the npc talk about the world and sometimes to what you wear was a nice touch. I have to say that most of the sex ecsenes are Bi Sexual focus (Aka girls and pretty boys) but for what I seen you are always asked if you want to have sex before starting the scene. for me this is it main streangs and hope that the Dev continues this ways, because I havent find a lot of games that apeal to this.

Thanks for the good work, and I hope for futher updates.

I will try to be fast:
    This is a nice game.
The art is around 7/10 or 8/10 if you like the art style ofc...
The gameplay mechanics are nice too, it even has a quest log and the quests and story dont force you to read a long ass dialogue with also long ass scenes, good enought combat.
I mean, this is a good game and worth of the try if you like the art and the fetishs.
Now, even with all of that on mind, this game have some annoy problems:
-You dont really know what to do most of the time, looks like a i have missed a few scenes because i didnt notice how to get them and maybe its because i didnt pay 100% attention to all the dialogues but a game dont only give you information with the dialogues, i have notice something in common with really top games and its the fact you dont really need to understand their language, for example jap, the game also give you information in other ways like elements on the map, interactions...etc.
I really feel this game need more of that because there are situations really stupid such as when i needed a empty bottle for a quest, the game did at first a good job telling me "hey, i think in town there should be one" that is nice but that is all they did. In the quest log didnt remind you to go to town or anywhere, that is the first mistake, the second one is they dont tell you where to get it, so you have to search EVERYWHERE for it and i ended finding it by a miracle because i saw a bottle and i thought with interacting with it. Where? in just a random house like, how the hell would i know you can interact with that object? in fact, there a lot of objects you dont know if they are important or a decorate, there is no sign which tell you something else.

-The second problem is the maps are a little bit extra big, dont get me wrong, i like big map but i could not help feeling i have wasted too much time traveling (thanks to i didnt really know what to do a lot of time too) and even if the maps were big, they are not really detailed with decoration or things, they feel a little bit empty. The game do a good job and give you teleportation from town A to town B, that is good yes but there are still places which you will have to come back or go in and out and you dont have nothing but your legs to travel.

Again. Its a good game, but the biggest problem is the lack of good communication with the player which end in a feel of wasted time just running around and trying things and missing stuffs.

    Great game with great potential.

The art style is appealing and nice with various remeberable characters.
even with no animation you still can enjoy it.

The gameplay is a classical RPGM game which is simple and not complicated, What make this game stand out in my opinion is the interesting dialogues. They are presently short, funny and it differs from situation to another.

Played through the latest demo, v.012 as of this writing. Game is still early in development, but it's already shaping up to be a hidden gem in the future. Art is great, and there's lots of characters with nice portraits.

Gameplay is standard RPGM, whether that's a plus or a con it's up to you, for me personally, I like it. It's still lacking a little polish, would be nice if characters had more skills, for example, but it's early in development, so that's forgivable. I'd suggest adding face portraits in menus and maybe battles. Also, the main character has an eyepatch and bandana in the portrait, but doesn't in the actual sprite.

The plot is simple, but I found myself intrigued to keep playing and specially to meet all the colourful characters. There's a few spelling and text errors, but that's forgivable for a demo.

As for the sexual content, there's both straight and gay, and so far most of the gay characters have been femboys. Gay content is optional as well. The art is static, but pretty unique and quite charming. The sex scenes could be a bit longer in the writing department though, specially the earlier ones, like the soldier in the undead tomb or the alchemist.

So yeah, four stars so far, there isn't much but I think it has the potential to be a great game, certainly one of my favorite new games here, I wish good luck for the dev and hope more people try it out for themselves and see if they like it!
