This forum has rules against loli games and it's one of which mostly active ban/remove loli games.
Real-life does not equal game fantasy. When it comes to kinks, I love well written games with incest tag, but in real life I find it completely disgusting with absolutely zero appeal.

Actually a lot of countries have laws against fiction that pictures or sexualize minors. Whether its drawings, texts, whatever really. That being said, this site doesn't have a huge issue with such content. The OP is like wielding a giant dog whistle without even name examples, make it sound like such content is a huge issue on this site.

Overall I would need a study that can relate the existence of those games with sexual crimes commited to minors to justify a ban to it.

I say this just because I cant find the logic on the current ban, same as I couldn't accept if they banned rape, incest... because while they aren't right according to law, the use is to protect real people, not data.

Imho the reality of things is there is people that have certain urges. Frankly I believe if they got outlet for those urges through fiction and "non harmful ways to real people" it would serve society best. For such people to keep bottle up such urges over time it's like just waiting for a explosion of bad things to happen.

Well there are people that say that porn leads to more sexual assault and there have been studies that show that countries where porn is more available, they have less cases of sexual assault. So it's probably the same for people that have those kinds of urges, the more content they have available the less they will go into the real world and do that stuff.

I don't think we have a huge issue with ped games on this site. Rule 7 is one of the most enforced rules on the site, AFAIK, and I can't really recognize this huge problem, which you seem to believe we have.
I can only think about 2 games at the top of my head, which I found on here, where you can do sexual activities with people at the age of 12 or below. Furthermore, both those games required external patches for that content to be implemented.

Also, I would rather have peds blowing their load over a bunch of harmless pixels, than anywhere near an actual child.

While I don't disagree with the OP's point about underage sexual activities, I've never seen anything like that on this site. It's simply not a major problem we have here.

Got to be careful going on moral crusades though, OP. Are you saying you want things banned because you don't personally approve or because they're illegal? If the former then there's nothing more to be said. If the latter, you need to be careful what you ask for.

Incest is illegal in most countries. Want games with incest banned?
Sex outside marriage is illegal in some countries. Want games featuring sex with non marriage partners banned?
Homosexuality is illegal in some countries. Want those banned too?
How about depictions of ANY sexual activity? Illegal in some countries.
Depictions of violence? Illegal in some places.

If they all get banned as a result of your moral crusade, we'll be left with some pretty boring games.

This isn't about what people may think about underage content. Or about why it should be banned or not.

The thing is, that pedo porn is by far the most prosecuted type of porn in the West, and could lead to serious problems, not only for the website but potentially also for staff members and even regular members who can suddenly be seen as being part of some "pedo network" by law enforcement.

That said, I also think that Rule 7 works pretty well, that it's pretty well enforced generally, and that it is not a huge problem for this site as it is.
I also think that both F95Zone staff as well as game devs (!) do need to continue to be watchful about this matter.

Most countries have laws that prohibit minors depicted through any medium, including drawings and animations.
