Version 3.4 The game started off pretty strongly with an interesting mystery and a well balanced cast of characters. The balance is a game strength, not over-flooding the game with an excess of female characters. It feels more natural to have a more realistic social setting. There's a good mix of girls who look good as well, and a reasonably likeable MC. Things were going along well and then suddenly the writing took a dive off a cliff. As we go further along the dialogue has gotten worse and the story elements either aren't developing well in line with the premise of the game or aren't service to develop the MC's personal relationships with the girls. You don't get any sense of real attachment to anyone and the characters have situationally inappropriate dialogue during what should be stressful or emotionally charged episodes in the story. It's like Westworld where the robots are trying to learn how to be human and not quite succeeding.
So, in short, promising start becoming more meh as we go along, and whether it goes up or down from here is anybody's guess. This game as it stands is a time filler that's fine as something to do, but not a must-play by any means.
