Disclaimer: I did not finish this game. I could not be brought to do so. It is so agonizing of an experience that even though I got to experience this for free, I still feel scammed. To be extra clear I got about 40 in-game days before I just closed the game.
This is your general management type game, where you go somewhere, get some resources, use the resources to buy upgrades to get more resources, that kind of thing. But there's so many cutscenes in the beginning. Like, sooooo many. It'd be fine if they were particularly well written or had like, interesting characters or a proper story, but look at the thumbnail and promotion shots of the game. You know why you're here.
But since this is a Resta production, you just know that it had to be buggy and riddled with performance issues as well. It wasn't as bad as Mechaneer, sure, but the game does have noticeable slowdown. Even for a game that doesn't require that much processing power. What exactly is causing it to have these weird loading screens and delays when clicking menus? The size of the titties? And besides, the whole game is about clicking menus! I even crashed upon seeing Mei's h-scene. Granted, it only happened once, but dude. How. Why.
There's also more girls here, but it's all mostly the same. I swear the main 3 girls all have the exact same body type, and yeah it's a hot one, but if you crop out the head/hair colors, you ain't gonna know who it is. Unless you memorized it or something but no one is going to be attached to these characters enough to know about that. I also understand that in Mechaneer, you could have voice acting and animations since it was a smaller game, but there's none of that here. I at least thought there'd be something in the scenes, even if there were none in the actual game or cutscenes, but nada. No sound effects, no VA, nada.
The game really is boring. I don't know how else to state this other than by repeating this statement into your head. It really is. At least in other management type games they have some other things on the side to grip your attention, or to you know... Manage. But there isn't really anything here. It's so easy to scum for money if you just don't randomly buy shit that does nothing. And it's like Resta doesn't even want you to play the management part of the game anyway! Because you're gonna get caught up in a bunch of cutscenes that are sooooo loooong aaaannnnd foooor whaaat? Dude, you could just make a 3-line sentence where a girl goes up to you and goes like "oh by the way we can build the brothel now! why not try it out?". But no. Resta loves to waste your time so you get a scene where you gotta click through it for a whole 3 minutes instead to display that you unlocked one button.
Just get the gallery. That's where all the budget went into anyway. Biiiig budgets. Mmm. Get in, get it out, and don't bother with the game itself. Final score is a 1/5.
