RPGM - Completed - Welcome to Seeding City! [v1.0] [meteo.H]

It's a decent game if you are into public, free use, breeding kinks, etc. Pixel art is great the major downside of this game is that the translation is inaccurate most of the time and the text cuts off frequently making it hard to progress. I recommend following a walkthrough toward the end of the game if you are interested in getting all of the content.

Getting 100% took me around 4 hours

I wanted to rate this higher. I really did, since the content was expanded compared to meteo.H's last work in Life on the Breeding Committee.
But the translation is just god-awful, and not even in a fun way. Text runoff, text cutoff, mistranslations. Whenever I open the girls list to check the statistics and hints on how to succeed in H'ing a girl, I feel physical pain when I see the text has cut off, meaning some of the information is unreadable.

It also feels like the H content for each girl was distributed differently, for better or for worse. Meaning some only get 1 position.
I also noticed an expanded selection of..."cute and funny" girls for better or for worse. Personally, I'm not bothered by it since I can actually distinguish games from reality, but I understand that people can and will be off-put by it.

Tl;dr;
The Good

• If you liked the casual open sex romp of Breeding Committee, you'll like this.
• Expanded time mechanics (making it hours instead of just four blocks) makes it easier-ish to run around and get things done.
• The message system helps the world feel a little more alive, though admittedly it only kicks in after either breeding a girl for the first time or when a certain amount of time has passed without breeding a specific girl.

The Bad

• Awful translation. Unedited MTL full of mistranslation and run-on text that gets cut off by the textboxes. Bad enough to seriously tank this game's score.

The Debatable

• Stamina system. Fail to consume items after too much sex and the day is forcibly ended. Encourages players to pace themselves (heh) in their breeding spree, but some may find it slows the game down a little.
• More girls, but less content/sex poses with each individual girl during a specific scene. Depends on the player's stance.
• Some of the girls to plap can be described as the "FBI open up" type of girl IYKWIM.

TL is absolutely fucked, but I do like my pixel porn and the breeding city scenario is pretty nice, although character story isn't anything unique. Had a decent time, but ended up using a full save around 80% completion mark.

This game is absolutely disgusting. We're not talking about Lolis that are 1504 years old but look 14 or even characters with "questionable age"one of the girls is literally like 6 or something. They should add a 0 rating for games like this.

Why the hell does every japanese game HAVE to have all their sound fx and BGM at earrape levels of volume and specifically engineered so you can broadcast this through your neighbor's walls? Changing the volume setting to lower the audio level does nothing. You can either turn it off or even 1% volume level is the same as 100% audio level.

Also have no idea how the hell to move time forward after the first day due to the japanese developer autism around being deathly afraid of a functional UI that makes sense. You'd think alternate shortcuts like backspace or escape would work with this game for navigating the world map. NOPE! that just brings up the useless stats menu that tells you how many times you've had sex with the heroines. you have to spam click that bar in the center of the screen and the next day the developer even puts in a silhouette character who mocks you "you can talk to me 100 times and no time will pass!"

DO NOT SUPPORT HORRIBLE DEVELOPERS!

The MTL is horrendous

but the game is fine. I liked the large variety of pixel animations. I played it to completion, which is more than I can say for many other games. Worth a try, especially if you're not a big fan of story.

The entirety of gameplay is skipping a torrent of nearly unreadable dialogue between decently made pixel-art sprite animations of you fucking girls. Translation is awful, often doesn't fit on the window, which cannot resize the UI to make all the dialogue visible on screen.

Despite being a game about impregnating people as your job, there is no effect of knocking up ladies. They're not inaccessible for any time due to pregnancy, and no artwork of pregnant ladies anywhere.

You can technically "finish" the game, find everything to do and girls to unlock with some help from tips in the comments here. There is no ending, and the reward for completing everything (a toggle to make all clothes invisible) does not work on the version available for download.

The artwork is the only thing worth playing this for, and it's a lot more work to get to it than other games.

MTL is mtl. What people expect from MTL I dunno. If you think you can make it better go for it.

The game is similar to the last one. You get between 1 and a few sex scenes per girl and that it. Progression is quite linear.

Had to grind a bit and tips are helpful but difficult to get without trying everything first on the table.

I wish there's a better text wrapping and translation since it's kinda garbage in some parts, also there is no place to get and see again memories, which isn't that great to have but I'd be nice to have.

Now, once 100% unlocked, the 'gift' doesn't work unless you modify the save file to make it visible and the gift itself is showing the ladies all naked.

Again, good game tho.

Unique story, MTL doesn't make too much sense, but you can understand enough on what todo. To exit menu's it's [Right Click]. Honestly, a nice little game. Average play time is 7 hours. all the H Scenes are in pixel art form, but it doesn't stop the immersion.

This is a really basic game that follows the mechanic of "go to location at specific times to do X event Y amount of times to unlock sex with Z character with a chance at impregnating them."
That's pretty much it unless you include the optional and largely pointless minigames related to part-time jobs.

As others have mentioned, the MTL is pretty atrocious with practically no word wrap or consideration for how symbols translate to letters, so don't expect much reading to do anything significant for you.

The pixel animations are decent, but nothing special as each girl you meet has one or two animations and some sets of clunky dialogue based on if you are actively fucking them or if you are fucking someone else in the room.

It's decent enough for a cheap fap, but it is severely lacking in the ways that would make the game enjoyable.

It's a 4-star game but the translation drops it all the way down to 2 stars... So I'm giving it 3. You can decode it if you're familiar enough with hentai lingo, but it makes some hints easy to miss, makes the UI look ugly and kinda ruins the dirty talk.

Great pixel art, low-effort gameplay that nevertheless makes you work enough to make the scenes feel earned, arousing (and highly immoral) situations, decent characterization that relies less on unique characters and more on a large cast that all interact with each other.

Lots of group sex. The oldest girls are in their earliest 30s and often speak as though they're grandmas, whereas the youngest are about a third their age. Sometimes you bang both of those at the same time, and sometimes they're related.

The sex scene UI isn't particularly interactive, which is its biggest problem imo, but 2D art is hard so I kinda get that the artist can only offer so many options.

All in all I do recommend it, but only if you can decode poetry and aren't exactly a MILF lover.

Its a really good game, but the current MTL translation lacks any and all editing. Texts flow over the text boxes, sentences are not coherent at all, punctuation marks change randomly, etc. If you have a choice wait for a better translation.

Else the game is nice pixel art with some "riddles" in how to get all girls.
Be warned that it has some very questionable content in the age of some of the girls, if you can't ignore this, best don't play this game.

I really, really love this game, so basically.

STORY: The game is a sequel to the life of a breeding commitee member, being set almost two decades after the first game. The city of Tanena is having a low birth rate crisis and decided to become one of the special breeding areas the goverment have set up. Fit and healthy men that have registered in the breeding program and have won the lottery to become a breeding committee member can breed with women for a season and get the beneficts that come with it. You are one of these lucky guys, obtain their consent, impregnate them, seek pleasure and enjoy the financial beneficts both sides get from the goverment, and maybe a little more...

Gameplay: is a point and click game, talk to the girls to deepen your relationship with them, some you can immediatly have sex with, others have a set of conditions you need to have or unlock to have sex and breed with(places, other girls, stamina, jobs or how popular you're).

NPCs can sometimes give hints, tips, information or just be funny dorks, different from the previous game, they're fucking everywhere, is not just you breeding after all, Men are blue color and Women are red color.

There is a time system, every action you do consume one hour in a 24 hour cicle. You have Stamina with a heart system, you began with 3 hearts meaning 3 sex sessions with a max of 8 hearts, you need to get the other five hearts by unlocking new places and go there when it's empty of people(i will just say here: pool, library, vipecho(karoke), taneda coffe and the pleasure club{lol cyber cafe}). to refill the hearts you can sleep at your apartment until 8 am, buy food at the convenience store, subway, and the shopping with a turtle sex drink that refills a lot of hearts for some reason.

You objective is of course to have sex and breed with all the women you want but of course, you need to start somewhere. The more women you have sex with, the more popular you get on the city breeding rank and with a higher rank(the endgame is first place), you have more pussies to fill with semen. you can unlock most places by talking to the girls and NPCs you see. Each job gives a item for your apartment the first time you work there. And of course, the more vaginas you creampied that day the more money you will have at next morning 9 AM.

The machine translation: needs work though, i played the original japanese game in december until 100% completion and i do go back from time to time(SUPPORT THE DEVELOPER GUYS = ], follow him on Ci-en too!) . so of course, i'm playing the translated version i see here! and it's.... rough... maybe this machine translation will be refined or we get a manual translation for it later down the line, heck hopefully a DL site MT will be available eventually, but for now it will have to do. Specially if you don't know japanese or don't want to use your phone camera with google translator to play it, is something someone used their time to do.

To finish: The pixel art is loveable and the girls are adorable, so have fun exploring, there is no time limit, the girls you get pregnant register on the app the day it happened. Have fun playing!

It's a point-and-click GIF gallery finder with a really poor translation.

The art is gorgeous. The MTL is laborious. The payoff is lame af. Fuck the girl fast, fuck her slow, cum inside. Some girls have multipose.

I couldn't be asked to fully explore the game, it's very obvious it will never be sexually compelling. There is little to no character development, even if the text as perfect sensible English. It's not perfect sensible English so it's pretty bad on that front.

Go around the map and click girls to see if they'll fuck. Talk to the non-special NPC's and maybe one of them will share a new location with you so you can find different girls. Great, now it's a tedious game too.

Avoid imo. The artist did a great job. The game dev and writer did a horrible job.
