Just wondering, there is lots of traditional Asian made Hentai, but are there any similar Western made things?

A lot of the 2D games you are able to play here fall under the category "Western hentai". Of course you have hentai games too, just make sure to use the filters and you will be able to play plenty of 2D games!

Actually no, "Hentai" in Asia, just means porn in general, doesn't have to be anime style for it to be hentai there, The "anime porn" definition of the word is very much a western construct

Hentai is a japanese word, it means something like pervert xD
It is used mostly on western countries to refer that specific style of porn with anime style
