MILFy, fair skinned (unless blood related, then have her the same colour as the MC as long as the MC isn't some weird colour, like green or something) MILF with long, dark hair. Absolute sweetheart if blood related. More strict dommy girl if teacher or some other position of power, but still sweet to the MC once you get to know her.

Ponytail isn't a hair length and you know you can easily tie your hair into a ponytail, right? Once you decide on length, you can have her style it different ways depending on the situation if you're not too lazy for that.

30 is too young for milf, it's more big sister territory. if 40+ then I'm all for it but 30 just ruins the whole thing. especially if in daz 30's just gonna look 22 anyway, so make sure she separates by a generation from the young girls.
I assumed the latter 'black' meant 'black hair'. so that. and fair skin. winter is always colder than summer. blonde can work, but it needs the right cut and that can be tough to get. most daz blonde hairs will look like bimbo. (btw there's absolutely no way bimbo works for a dominant personality. bimbos are prey.)

strict personalities should have constricted hair, and clothing, just like their personalities. tightly wound, uptight, keep those shirts buttoned all the way up. a tight bun is always good. if there's a ponytail it should be short. long ponytail brings softness which we don't want here.
don't make her evil, just strict and principled. otherwise it gets very flat and bland. strict gives much more range for more complex personality.
