Seeking What are some good story and romance games with virgin Li's and badass mc no rape content and ntr sister/cousin incest is okay but no mother incest

Your title is worded a bit weird, '...no rape content and ntr...incest is okay...' confuses me a bit on what you want.
I assume you don't want ntr content (for my own sake), so here's my recommendations:
Strive: Conquest (rpg game with customizable mc, super cute romance and nearly every LI is a virgin)
(also daisy and anastasia are adorable, i'd marry either one of them on your first run)
Love & Corruption (not a corruption game, rpg with most LIs virigin and mc is canonically really strong & badass)
I don't think I have any specific recommendations past that since I wouldn't really classify most mcs as 'badass' (more just blank slates) but check out the list in my signature for a whole list of games with no rape/ntr.

I can't really describe any VN protagonists as 'badass' since well- they don't have many ways to prove it (unless they go around talking themselves up lmao)
also, rpgm stands for rpg maker, the pixel art type game that's super common as it's a relatively easy way to make a game
'rpg' refers to any rpg game
