By gameplay I mean actual gameplay, not art, number of H scenes, story etc...
Review the gameplay and how it ties in with the other parts of the game, why you like it?

I really love those linear walking sims with overly large maps and no convenient fast travel system that run at 10 fps. This is sarcasm.

The real answer is Princess & Conquest.

And it's not even close. The core of the combat is not far from standard RPGM, but there are crucial additions like the Tactical Advantage system, and then the power-gain system is completely different, much more extensive. Leveling means almost nothing, you use practically the same equipment all throughout the game, but there's a multitude of ways to become permanently more powerful - mana stones increase your max MP so you can cast more powerful spells you can learn, equipment can be upgraded with scaling costs, books can be read for permanent buffs or new skills, training can be done.

But aside from stuff you find in the world, it mostly comes down to having or saving money, which is where the the isekai-world corruption aspect comes in. Aura sees herself as a heroine and there are plenty of lewd rich bastards who can offer money, items or services for sex. Depending on the player, Aura can be virtuous by refusing, or be virtuous by going through the acts in order to be better able to help others. Obviously doing the H makes the game easier, but also helps the antagonist brainwash MC in the real-world. Also the more corrupt MC is, the harder she finds it to resist lewd acts, and immoral acts become available too. Too much of this and MC will find herself in the corruption ending before she can complete the main quest.
