What did I do wrong?

So, I downloaded a non translated visual novel last night. When I tried to install it this morning, this textbox showed up

and I can't play the game. This textbox keeps showing up and I have no idea what it means. Was there something I didn't have beforehand?

Do you use either LocaleEmulator or your locale set to language which the game uses?
