What do you think the perfect game with a female protagonist looks like?

Now I am writing a script for an interactive 2D novel. Genre everyday life with elements of horror.
Is the character customization system important to the game? For example, should pregnancy be added?
I would like to hear how you see the perfect game in terms of gameplay, what fetishes would you like to see in the game?

I also want to ask an opinion about art, in the photo the main character.

For the rest, since you are going for a VN and therefore not a game, it's all about the graphic style and your skill as a writter. Your ability to immerse the player, since he won't have fun with the lack of actual interactions you'll give to them.

Her face is nice but you would want to work on her outfit and body, a female protagonist is the focus of the game. You may not want her to have a revealing costume, in that case she can have a dynamite body that's hard to hide.

You haven't really mentioned anything about what you wanted in terms of fetishes or character design, it would be much easier to give suggestions if you mentioned some actual ideas that you found appealing.

Art looks nice. If it's a horror game without any gameplay, it should either have a story with a sudden twists, difficult choices that can lead your character into a nasty or dangerous situation, or it should have a dark atmosphere in general, full of weird characters, maybe even the gross ones, if you're into it.

For a game with a horror element, I'd probably do a lot of rape, but give the heroine a chance to fight back if certain conditions are met. One good example, though not exactly a horror, is the Lona rpg. The game is super dark and full of survival. But I played it more like a regular game (I cared too much for Lona), and did essentially a virgin's run. And nevertheless, I was happy with it.

That's how I see it. I can only say this because you have provided too little information about your game to be able to give you advice.

Personally, I prefer a female protagonist game to focus on her finding her prince charming rather than acting out her hoe phase. But for an adult game you do still want plenty of sex scenes. So she needs to have slutty friends and she needs to be a bit of a voyeur herself. So her slutty friends are trying to get her to be a hoe but what she really wants is to fall in love. Most of the female protagonist games I've played, the main character is a total slut and there's really no reason to play her as anything else, which I don't find very interesting.

While VNs technically count as games, they never have good gameplay. That's just the nature of the genre.

Now for Ren'py, it's extremely limited compared to any mainstream game engine. You pretty much have no real-time elements, and GUI options are minimal.

Like the MC in Bad Memories. Or perhaps Kelly in Intimate Relations (a bit less strong but more manipulative).

In my opinion (as a man) lesbian is the only way to combine female protagonist with multiple sex partners without getting slutty (which I really don't find appealing in a girl).

But a girl trying hard to romance her prince charming (or her daddy, in the case of Kelly in IR) is also fine, but perhaps a bit boring. I think it would be nice though and it's quite rare in VN's.

Personally I'd like to see an intelligent, ambitious and lewd protagonist. Someone actively interested in having a lot of sex but someone who also has other interests and desires besides sex.

In terms of gameplay I'd give sex some sort of gameplay purpose like restoring Sanity or something so there's an actual reason to do it in the game beyond just seeing the scenes (not that it needs to be the only way you can do it). Create some long term goals to work towards in the game, have a time/day system (but preferably no day limit), etc.

Character Customization would be neat to see if possible but it can take a lot of work to do well so it might end up not being a priority. Maybe like have a couple of different personalities (eg bookworm, socialite, refined, ditzy, jock, etc), backgrounds (eg PhD Student, athlete, NEET, businesswoman, etc), maybe some traits you can pick multiple of (eg creative, ), etc and then have situations later in the plot where characters with a given background or whatever have a unique dialogue in certain situations later in the plot - maybe someone who is a bookworm or has the science lover trait can catch when someone is bullshitting them because they said they saw and heard something miles away at the same time when there would have been a delay in the sound arriving for instance.

Pregnancy would definitely be something I'd like to see, preferably with some handwave that they don't need to actually raise the kids themselves for whatever reason.

Some other interesting fetishes I'd consider including are: lesbian, exhibitionism/voyerism, group sex, bukkake.

As for me, there are some things I like. Sexually aggressive women, bisexual content, personality shifts, smart/knowledgeable people, desperate sex, lactation, variety in character designs(height, boob size, race, what have you).

Some things I don't like: Plots that require the characters to be idiots. Mistakes can be made, but they should be mistakes anyone could make. Rape/gangbangs, mindbreak, fat bastards, ugly fat bastards.

For horror, hentacles are an exception to the rape clause, because what's horror porn without hentacles? Solvable mystery is good, and relatedly a reason for events.

Be realistic, and perhaps you'll manage to make something good.

You won't please everyone, so for a start.. go with what you like, what you know you can present well.
Nobody wants bdsm written by somebody who has no clue about it, for example.
