What does S>Artist 2D and R>Artist 2D mean?

Just wondering how they differ. I wanted to post about my commissions/look for work and have no idea how to filter the posts. Thanks in advance!

S is for Services, i.e. Offering 2D Artist Services

R is for Recruiting, i.e. Recruiting 2D Artists

So if you click S>Artist 2D you find posts where 2D artists offer their works, commision prices, share portfolios, etc., whereas R>Artist 2D people are looking to get 2D artists onboard for a project

imo it's a little confusing because I always think the S stands for Seeking
