What does the None tag/Prefix refer to?

Hi, not exactly new here, but still learning a lot about the tags and prefixes to posts.

I can not find any information on the [None] tag in any of the mod posts about the subjects. Could someone please enlighten me?

It simply means no tags have been assigned.

None is specific to the tl subforum, it means there is no translation at all. As opposed to partial and complete.
