Another tiresome outcome of the incest fetish: the home-as-prison. Because it's an incest game, 95% of the buildup and 100% of the reward takes place in the MC's house. I'm immensely grateful for games like Freeloading Family that make a concerted effort to get the "siblings" out of the house for sexytimes.
Feet do absolutely nothing for me, so I'm personally tired of that one, but on the other hand I wouldn't want to deprive those who are.
I wouldn't mind a reduction in "which of these 3/4/5 places would you like to ejaculate?" scenes. Just pick one, please. If coming inside her is going to be consequential, then go ahead and give me an alternative. But I don't always need to play Pin the Semen on the Donkey every time I reach the end of a sex scene.
Most of what I'd object to has already been mentioned, so here's a more subtle one: toying with the harem fetish to introduce unresolvable doubt in the player. Are my potential lust object NPC's into sharing or not? Don't string me along until update 11 of 12 and then suddenly insist that my choices matter. Start at least hinting at the consequences earlier, given that we're in a gaming genre where sharing is far more common than in real life. If NPC 1 is going to tell me to fuck off (or be enthusiastically bisexual despite a complete lack of groundwork) because I had sex with NPC 2, at least give me a chance to guess that back in update 3.
In terms of filmed porn and with reference to the BBC fetish, it's gotta be a drag to be a black guy who'd really like to act in adult films but isn't massively jacked and enormously endowed. Porn actors in general tend large, no question, but white dudes can get away with being only somewhat above average (and if you're a producer of your own content you can get away with being completely average). On the other hand, if you're black and sufficiently muscled/endowed you get to be a circus curiosity constantly surrounded by (at best) unpleasant racial tropes. Fun!
