Identify What game am I thinking of?

I believe it was a Ren'Py game in which you time traveled to like 20 years ago and along the way there was an opportunity to impregnate your aunt (I think?) and father your own cousin, which you then meet for the first time after returning to your timeline... But I for the live of me can't find it or remember its name.

Might be "Ripples"? I haven't played the game in a few chapters, but it does feature time travel where you meet some of your family in the past.

I don't believe so, I remember it being 'western' art-style :/

i don't remember the story in "the artifact" by the same dev, but it does have some similarities to this one. maybe check out the other games by this dev :)
