You sure it's not that game? Someone else asked the same question earlier, and when you reverse image search that image, you get linked to a pornhub video, where the guy in the comment says the game was RJ01079745

Well, The UI and all do point it to this game.

You probably play the game before it got updated to v3.1 version. Which has this content you're looking for...

Sadly DLsite remove the game so we can't see the update information..
