Identify What game is this?

I played it a while ago. Male protag, in a house with his family (sisters or cousins) I think. Also has school setting. Protag's bedroom is on the second floor between the girls bedrooms. Older girl's story has sections that involve alcohol and temptation in her bedroom. There is sections involving corrupting the younger girl, based on the bathroom/shower perhaps. There was also a town map screen.

2d game? 3d game? Was there anything supernatural in the story? Sounds like it could've been Echoes of Lust maybe but I'd think you would remember being stuck in a time loop if that was the game.
