The game starts as MC returning to home for father's funeral he gets house and all keys. Inside house is a room with a locked room that has a TV, a VHS player, and a box of VHS tapes. Watching tapes he discovers that Mom stars in porn movies directed by Dad. MC has two sisters and an Asian female best friend.

I think it was renpy 3D.

The exact name of the game is The Inheritance and not Inheritance (because Inheritance is a completely different game) and indeed the game is sadly long abandoned.
