Seeking What game/render was used for modelling and animations in this game? Any more like this?

Hey guys

I was wondering if anyone knew what app/render Boraginol was using for games like Isolated WIth Mom and Groom? It doesn't look like Daz or Honey Select. Also, are there any other games with the same engine?
