Hey guys, sorry to intrude, but, I was wandering if any of you knows where the f*ck does Myster (from MysterfulGames) went. You know, the guy who made "Michael's Family" and "Lone Mother" among other games.

I tried to check his blog but it went offline, and could not find any post in this forum about him either.

If this is something already known by everyone I'm sorry, but I feel like I'm in the twilight zone or something. He just disappeared.

It's the problem when you release a new version once from time to time, and never finished a game. I don't say that people don't care, but they just wait for the day you'll reappear with a new game or version.

Thanks for this. Personally I'm not really fan of shota, but his games have a little something which make they good despite their bugs and the age of his mc.

Yeah. I do love his games and its always a surprise and treasure when he drops a new version. I'm just sad to see it all end.

It stands for shota games. Straight Shota or Shota Sex from what I am guessing. Shota is a term for under-age boy who have sexual feelings or acts in an erotic manner. It's very common in Japanese eroge games. Not so much here in the West since it's very taboo and illegal.

about mysterfullgames he is avant-guarde. he to vanish is very sad. Their projects are a milestone for several other projects of dozens of producers. i hope he is back.

One of many reasons i can think of, is that Myster only do these games for training, he aim to a great degree of making all kind of games, like strategy games, rpg-like games, VN games and or animated games, etc. But unfortunately never aim to complete them, hence all the abandoned games. Maybe this also connected to all the free games he made, so he know how good his game when he throw it to the masses.

If he's the type of person who aim to get money by creating games like this, it would be safe to assume he will be back with the need of "kickstarter" websites, or create one of his own.

And I think i did hear him said that he was still on school or something a long time ago. Maybe he will continue after?
Patience is Virtue is all I can say.
