I think it was the traditional black and white? It was one chick who like bashes the dude's head with a blunt object as he watches the girl he likes get fucked by another guy as everyone at the mansion gets taken over by some paranormal force or something? Its a modern hentai that I do remember as the art and animation were more recent than what the others are suggesting it was.
