For Points visit your Profile Page -> About, they are points for posting and receiving reactions.
If you get enough the title under your name changes.

Ratings Received is when somebody rates/reviewes one of your threads.

All these are for the UI, you can ignore all them, because the UI is only in beta. It will all change with the big site revamp (soon tm) anyway.
