What Is mwf_config?

I noticed on my PC a little while ago had a transparent icon for a file called mwf_config. I never saw it before. Recently the only things I had on my PC were HDoom and the Meredian 3DXChat.

My face when _ config?
transparent means hidden, so it must be some kind of important configuration file.
For settings like, resolution, launcher, the rendering software used, where is the saves folder located.
any .dlls used for finer processing, etc. don't delete it, if you value the games you play, or if it's smaller than 500 MB.
