It doesn't need to be to be depressing. The game has a very heavy atmosphere to everything. The least depressed character is constantly hiding her pain behind a smile. The arch involving your cousin/niece is heartbreaking, and the way your own MC is struggling with his feelings for the daughter/mom gets very deep and psychological. It addresses the inherent violence in much of the incest genre as it currently exists. It speaks on how the son is on his way to becoming a sexual predator, it speaks to how the father is reconciling his growing attraction to his own daughter. It deals with the used and abused nature of the Niece/cousin. This game is one of the best out there. Complete ore not.
If you want a complete game that has some depressing endings try I Love Daddy. Its a pretty positive game for the most part, but if you make the wrong choices there are some darker endings. It's one of my favorite games to date.
You could also try something like School Days, I don't know if it's on F95, but its got some heavy themes and lots of Yandere characters.

The bad endings of Taimanin, personally speaking (for now). Though not 'till the point of killing myself because that it's a stupid thing. Oh, and another title - that it's not hentai at all - is "999: Nine person, Nine Hour, Nine Door". With that if you choose the worst decision through the game or don't do certain puzzle in time, you can arrive at the end of the game, triggering easily the bad endings.

Whenever I saw something cute, in the end it turned out to be a fucking depressing as fuck piece of shit and I had to sleep with a bottle for at least two days to forget and gather myself up.
The worst ones were Katawa Shoujo and Everlasting Summer.

Can't suggest enough I love Daddy. Its not only complete it has 10 separate endings. Some even have sub endings. There are a few that are really dark when compared to the light way the story behaves for the majority.
Plus its a rare female protag game that isn't dropping a naive virgin into rape city

Can you skip the dad daughter action and scenes with other male characters to go directly into lesbian action? Judging from the title and cover artwork, it's among the sort of games I'd least likely play.

I got to say "School Days". The main protagonist is the biggest A-Hole.
There actually is plenty of les content, and its a renpy game, so you can just click past the male sex. Make sure that you Go talk to your friend Cath instead of talking to daddy when you get the option. That will give you your first les scene pretty quick. Then after your mom finds out you'll wanna go to sleep rather than staying up to think about what mom said. That will trigger the event where you visit Cath at work with your daddy prompting you to have to invite her to live with you.
